week 2 or 3... last time I posted it says 2 weeks ago...

So I’m in my 2.5th week of workouts, after mostly swimming and running a few miles of each… maybe 6 miles worth of swimming and 25+ miles of running and just a few miles of biking.  I have transformed into whatever you want to call what you see below.  I’ve definitely been eating more, so I’m not sure if I’m really losing much weight, though I”m weighing in at around 185-187 lbs these days.  Joe, Daniel as my only two loyal readers I give you pictures of myself which are meant to give you guys a confident boost knowing that you guys still look 10 times better than me with your 22.0 and 22.1 BMI’s someday I’ll go below 25… someday.
